Leaky Concrete Walls
As your home ages, the foundation can start to become weak and brittle. When this happens, your foundation could begin to crumble which can cause cracks and openings with water leaking inside of them causing the concrete to degrade throughout your foundation. If moisture should seep inside it most likely will run down the wall and create a stain. Sometimes water will create a pool(s) on the floor where the wall meets the floor (also known as the cove joint).
If you should find this problem where you have leaky concrete walls that may be crumbling in sections of concrete to your foundation, please do not hesitate to contact a professional at Denver Foundation Solutions right away so we can schedule an evaluation to fix the issue(s).
