This is the second time we have used Denver Foundation Solutions. They are excellent to work with and do a great job. We had a heaving basement floor replaced in our last home and, most recently, a helical pier put under the porch in our current home. I highly recommend them.

Did a few quotes and these guys seemed the most knowledgeable, comfortable, and affordable I happened to have some time off of work during the day the crew came out and I stopped by unannounced. The crew was working their butts off and doing a good job at it. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. We had 4 rods inserted and some cracks repaired and two French drains put in. This was about 6 months ago in the freezing cold. Very happy with the work still. A couple of the cracks that were filled started cracking because the weather change and Tony said they are coming out to fix it because it was probably too cold when they patched, no charge. They came out to offer advice, knowing they were out of scope for my needs. The owner seemed very knowledgeable, having worked in foundation repair for > 30 years and helped me think through the project. He informed me of the risk level of each approach. Foundation repair is one of those not-fun but necessary expenses. We scheduled four estimates. From the initial visit, to continued communication before and during the work, we were repeatedly convinced we made the right choice with Denver Foundation Solutions. I have worked with Tony and Denver Foundation Solutions for 10 years or more.  I have them work on the homes I do as projects and I also trust them with all my clients that I represent buying and selling homes.  These larger companies out there charge HUGE $$$ so they can pay their people on commissions and they don't look out for you the customer.  Not this company.  Very honest, and reputable. I recently worked with Denver Foundation Solutions after my tenants reported cracks in the living room walls. I received several quotes from various companies and I'm so happy I decided to work with DFS. Tony walked me through the entire quote and answered any questions I had, they were available to communicate over the phone, via email, and text and responded to me quickly every time I had a question. As a remote landlord, it's hard to tell who is giving you an honest bid and because of Tony's responsiveness, I never had to worry about work not being completed properly or fairly. They completed the job in a few days and worked with my tenants every step of the way to make sure they left his little impact as possible throughout the job. Tony (the owner) came by to assess some cracking issues we were having around our foundation. I have had assessments done by a few of the "big guys" and they all were pushing me super hard to get tens of thousands of dollars of pier work done. All of them felt super pushy. Tony gave us the honest low down, told us that we could hold out on having major work done for at least a few more years. Rare to find a company to provide an honest consultation that doesn't result in them immediately getting your business. Whenever we do need the work done, we'll be going with DFS.

Denver Foundation Solutions, specifically Marin, performed exceptionally well! Marin was tasked with replacing the back steps leading from the house to the patio. He revamped the design, resulting in a significant improvement! Despite being a large and messy project, Marin made it enjoyable to work with him. Very impressed with my experience with DFS. From the beginning, the communication was perfect with a text and email confirming every appointment. Tony was great and gave his assessment and fix for our problem with a detailed scope of the work and pricing. They understood my dilemma and made adjustments to help me sooner than expected. Lalo and the crew were amazing. They were on time and went right to work. They were courteous, clean, respected our home, and the work done was precise to what was explained. Denver Foundation Solutions, Marin in particular, did a fabulous job!  Part of the job was to replace back steps from the house to a patio.  He changed the design and made a big improvement! Denver Foundation Solutions was great to work with. I had a back yard where it heavily accumulated water and needed a french drain put it. They were able to come out nearly immediately to check out the situation, turned around a quote the same day, and got to work as soon as they could. DFS was fantastic. We have been having issues of water seeping into our basement whenever we get heavy rain or snow, and we needed a perimeter drainage system installed. We received a quote from DFS and Complete Basement Systems. The quote from DFS was slightly more expensive, but in the end would be cheaper as they did not require us to flood cut our drywall to put in the drainage system. There was no annoying sales pitch and they also have a better product that actually lowers our water table (not to mention they are a small, local company, whereas CBS is national). They came in and jackhammered, installed the drains, and laid concrete in two days. Yes, it is a very messy project and will require a lot of clean up after, but it was so worth it. They said it was the most water they have seen in a project like this. Ever since the install, there is an incessant sound of water dripping into our sump pumps, which means it is working! We also received a few days of heavy rain after the install, and no water seeped into our basement. It is so nice to have our basement in working order and I can't thank DFS enough.

Thank you Denver Foundation Solutions for a job well done!  From beginning to end, the process went seamlessly. They came out and found a cracked support beam under my crawl space (I could tell my floor was sagging) they provided me a comprehensive bid (along with sketches) detailing the work that was to be done along with the cost.  They answered all our questions and concerns. After the bid was accepted, they put us on the schedule, crews were on time, the work was done quickly and to spec. Just had Dustin, one of the evaluators, come and look at what I was afraid was a foundation issue - dirt coming thru a wall in my crawl space. I’m a retired, single woman and felt at the mercy of those who know about foundation issues. Dustin inspected the area and said that nothing was wrong - it was normal for how my house was built on pylons. His honesty and integrity was so refreshing to me. Fantastic experience!!! I spoke with Lisa in the office on a Monday. She was very helpful, pleasant, answered all my basic questions, and set me up with a inspection for that Thursday - very fast. My appointment with Dustin was for 3:00. He called to let me know he was running a little late and showed up at 3:08 and apologized for being late!! Most home appointments give you a 2-4hr window and Dustin apologizes for being 8min late and called to let me know - who does that anymore!!?? He then did an inspection and explained why I had some cracking in walls and sinking in my slab and that it was all cosmetic. No hard sell, no horror stories, and no charge for the inspection. They were able to get us on their schedule in a timely fashion from a bid on one of my listings, to having the work completed in a prompt manner. Very honest and hard working people! I needed a fast quote and work done for closing escrow... they really put the extra effort to get it done when I needed it. Very nice group of folks who want to do the job right!!! Their integrity and commitment to satisfaction are clear! Kenny (the project manager) was responsive and helpful! Vince (in the office) was a pleasure to work with as well!! As always with contracting work, there were a few unexpected hiccups along the way (which initially had me frustrated), but the team did everything they could to solve the problems that arose and made sure that we were ultimately happy with the outcome! Most contractors will just ignore your concerns, but the folks at  Denver Foundation Solutions made sure they fixed the issues before we finalized the work!! Tony did a great job on fixing the foundation of a property I purchased. What is most impressive about Tony was when I went to sell the property he came out again to inspect it, write up a clean bill of health for the buyers and sent a crew out to clear out the drains he installed years before. Denver Foundation Solutions did an outstanding job on fixing the broken corner of my garage foundation. The job was initially under bid most companies at this point would have walked away. DFS would assure me that the price would not go up and that all work promised would happen regardless of their under bidding. Tom as office manager made sure all my concerns were communicated with the team. Dustin finalized my requests and made sure all concerns were taken care of to my satisfaction. The DFS team worked through a hard tough winter yet still managed to do everything timely and properly. For those reviews I read that had property damage. A request to fix it is all it takes. A team cannot fix something unless it is brought to their attention with proper explanation, proof and remedy to solve and resolve. I highly recommend Denver Foundation Solutions. Tony, Brett and the whole crew were great to work with. Tony was quick to get back to me and the work started within a few days of accepting the bid. The work was done to the standards of the structural engineer we had been working with and they didn’t try to sell us on anything more that we didn’t really need. We had a bowed wall in the basement and got 4 estimates for repair.  I went with these guys even though I normally don't take the estimate for work around my house.  Turns out they did a great job and the cost was about 30% less than what other contractors were quoting.

We did not have any actual foundation work done, but did have a french drain installed to help with moisture getting into the foundation and they were responsive, prompt, and did a great job.
